Follow the steps below to install the Site App Pro App in your Procore account.
To ensure that all new projects work with Site App Pro, you will need to create a template in Procore. This will be required only once. If you get stuck or need a hand, you can reach out to us at support@siteapppro.com
Create a Global Permissions Template that will be applied to all the Projects by first choosing, Project Permissions Templates.
Then click on Create Project Permissions Template and Choose “Project (Global) - Assignable to All Projects”.
You may name your template anything, as long as you can find it again.
The default permissions template will now display the correct template.
The permissions are now set for any new Projects added in Procore.
If you need to apply the template to existing Projects in Procore, that you will be adding to SiteApp Pro, navigate back to the App Management menu. Click on View and then the Permissions tab.
Select the Projects you want to import into Site App Pro with this template.
Set-up on Procore is now complete. You now need to complete a couple of steps in Site App Pro.
Back on the Integrations Page click on "Load Projects" to get your Procore Company (or Companies) and select the one(s) you want to sync with Site App Pro and then click “Import Companies”.
Once complete you can open the Integration logs to see more details, or head over to the Sites or Users pages to start working with your imported Projects, Users and Companies.
Any changes made in Procore to Projects, Users and Companies are reflected in Site App Pro and all of the Forms/Checklists completed by your imported Procore Users are exported back to your Procore Project Documents folder. The Form categories sent back to Procore can be turned off/on under the Export Settings.
In addition, completion of certain forms in Site App Pro will also cause records to be created in the Daily logs. This can be turned on/off under the Export Settings.
· Check-in/Checkouts will show the time spent on-site by your imported Procore Users under Manpower Logs.
· Completing a form instance with 'Form Category' or 'Form Type' of "Inspection Reporting" will create an Inspection Log.
· Any completed "Near Miss" and "Site Incident and Injury Register" forms will add an Accident Log.
· If a Visitor checks in/out using the Public Visitor Register a Visitor Log is created.
