Toolbox talks

We’ve built the Site App Pro mobile app and desktop admin console to make planning, holding and recording constructive on-site toolbox talks as simple as possible. Before heading to the site, use the desktop admin console’s simple drag-and-drop form builder to organise the questions most relevant to your work site. If the questions you need aren’t already preloaded into the form, it takes only seconds to add new ones.

On-site, use the Site App Pro mobile app to go through each question with your team and record their responses. The process is as simple as typing short statements into digital form fields, or choosing from a drop-down list of predefined options. No more scribbling on paperwork to make sure your pen works.

For added efficiency, voice-to-text can speed up the process of typing. Click the microphone button, speak into your device normally and it will record your words as text on the screen. Then, if necessary, snap a quick photo through the app to attach evidence to the form
