What's New in Site App Pro

In our last release we bought you the Engagement Score to track your team’s engagement with Site App Pro. And now, we have made it even easier to access and report on this data. You can now find all your metrics in one place, making it simple to analyze and share with your team.

 You’ll be able to:

• Track team members' engagement with the breakdown of the Engagement Score into individual metrics.
• Compare the engagement score of your entire team.
• Access the report from the dashboard and export it as a CSV file.

Our latest release introduced the Digital Hazard Board, a tool that enables your team to monitor and engage with both current and future hazards present on your worksite. We are excited to announce that we have further improved the reporting and analysis features of the Hazard Board.

 You’ll be able to:

• Track the most recently added Hazards from the Dashboard.
• Keep a full record of all hazards on site and the acknowledgements and export via CSV.
• View of the total number of acknowledgements on each hazard on site in the PDF export.

Our Analysis Reporting tool is a robust feature available on our Premium and Enterprise plans. We've further enhanced this feature, enabling you to delve deeper into your reports. The drill-down functionality will provide you with valuable insights and allow you to gather even more useful information. The possibilities are endless!

• Compare a selection of trends and drill into them by site, form type, form name or answer.

We have successfully integrated our Hazard Board with our Analysis Reporting system. As a Premium or Enterprise client, you can now monitor and analyze the trends related to your business's Hazards.

• Delve into the various hazard categories and explore which sites are working diligently to address them. 
• Create reports that will provide valuable insights that can help us all work towards a safer and more secure environment.
• Ability to download your report as a CSV file to access raw data and load it into Excel or any tool of your choice.

Our primary goal is to enhance the customisation options of our Reporting system. You can now filter your Reports by Sites to locate the data that is relevant to your business. Additionally, you may customise your Summary Report page to suit your needs.

• New Multi Filter for Sites across Form Reports, Summary Reports and Completed Forms. 
• Re-order and Hide Reports on your Summary Reports page to get the view that suits you. 
• Toggle the Time Stamp on or off on your Completed Forms to simplify your Report. 
• Introduced the ability to view Corrective Actions from the Form Reports page as well as view them when exported.

We’ve taken the traditional Hazard Board you’re used to seeing on site and have digitised it! Our Hazard Board is live which means anyone on site can add new hazards throughout the day, to help keep everyone on site safe. 

• Acknlowedge new Hazards on site
• Add new hazards both on site and from the web
• Import Hazards from previous sites 
• Toggle hazards on/off when they are present

User Groups create personalisation and clarity to your Health and Safety by allowing you to assign forms to different users. Create custom User Groups to segment the forms your team will see on their Mobile Device.

• Assign Toolbox Talk forms to Site Managers 
• Create a Vehicle Checklist that only your Drive Team can see 
• Have an Contractor User Group that contain forms only relevant to Contractors

Engage your team with our new Mobile Home Screen. This will give your users everything they need at their fingertips.

You can even view your engagement score and add a user profile for that extra touch of personalisation. 

The Engagement Score gives your users a score based on the way they’ve been interacting with Site App Pro. We’ll be monitoring - checking in & out, completing forms, acknowledging the hazard board and more. Use the Engagement Score to celebrate your top performers and motivate the rest of your team to match their standard.

Use our seamless Mobile Onboarding to add Users and Contractors from the Mobile App. Simply add the users details then get the user to scan the QR code to download the App and log them into Site App Pro. Your new Users and Contractors will be on site and completing forms in minutes!

• You asked we listened; administrators can now remove completed forms from your accounts via the web portal:
• When logged in as a web Admin, select a completed form you want to remove and select the trash can icon to delete
• Once deleted the forms cannot be retrieved so be sure before you delete them!
• Note that statistics, staff induction dates and equipment maintenance dates that were derived when the form was first completed may be incorrect if you delete a completed form.

• Group administrators can now create other admins who see a subset of the group's organisations. This is useful if you have regional or sector-specific managers who only need to focus on a filtered view of activity
• Your Group Dashboard has been enhanced so that the Group Form Statistics tab lets you choose to view progress for weekly and monthly scheduled forms, as well as the daily scheduled forms are shown previously. You can now also choose to exclude/include Organisation/Site-specific Forms in the table.

• Group administrators can now create other admins who see a subset of the group's organisations. This is useful if you have regional or sector-specific managers who only need to focus on a filtered view of activity
• Your Group Dashboard has been enhanced so that the Group Form Statistics tab lets you choose to view progress for weekly and monthly scheduled forms, as well as the daily scheduled forms, are shown previously. You can now also choose to exclude/include Organisation/Site-specific Forms in the table.

• We’ve updated Corrective Actions so they will no longer filter based on the site or job you’re on. Instead, you can filter by the site or job you’re on from the Actions tab.

• You can now view all Certificates on mobile, either in the Resources section if they’re unassigned or in Equipment or Team if they are specific to either.

• We've made some privacy improvements to corrective actions so they're only viewable on mobile by the manager or the assignee.

• - You and your team can now access saved forms from the past 12 months, not just the last 30 days.

• Fixed an underlying issue that was sometimes causing users to get an unhelpful white screen on app launch.

• Performance improvements to loading forms, and large lists or equipment or users.

• Heaps of bug fixes!

We've partnered with Stripe to bring you a whole new billing and payments portal that is accessible from right inside of Site App Pro all with the added security provided by Stripe's world-class payments platform.

We’ve launched Site App Pro globally, and we’re bringing with it a host of enhancements and language and region support:

• Full international timezone support

• Language and region updates

• New onboarding experience

You can now see when and by whom a Corrective Action was actioned or updated. Great for seeing when a Corrective Action was started or who set it to 'Done'.
This will only show on the web for now, with updates to the mobile coming soon.

• We’ve improved how the Dashboard statistics are calculated so you can be sure they’re correct, no matter which region you’re in.

• The Sign In experience has been improved for users who have multi-account logins, selecting different accounts is now clearer and any issues you might have seen here have been ironed out.

• We’ve also had the exterminators in and knocked off some bugs and spent some time oiling the cogs to help give you some great performance improvements!
