Advanced Document Filtering, Sharing, and Export Options

Locate and manage document access effortlessly with Site App Pro’s enhanced filtering and export tools. From custom filters to visibility controls, these features help your team stay organized and compliant.

You’ll be able to:

  • Apply Advanced Filters to find specific resources quickly by filtering by document type, assigned user or site, and expiry date. Save filter settings for future use, making it easier to stay on top of document management tasks.
  • Export Resource Data by downloading customised CSV files of filtered resource lists for easy sharing with auditors, clients, or team members.

Reporting Improvements

Our primary goal is to enhance the customisation options of our Reporting system. You can now filter your Reports by Sites to locate the data that is relevant to your business. Additionally, you may customise your Summary Report page to suit your needs. 

  • New Multi Filter for Sites across Form Reports, Summary Reports and Completed Forms. 
  • Re-order and Hide Reports on your Summary Reports page to get the view that suits you. 
  • Toggle the Time Stamp on or off on your Completed Forms to simplify your Report. 
  • Introduced the ability to view Corrective Actions from the Form Reports page as well as view them when exported.

Deleting Completed Forms

  • You asked we listened; administrators can now remove completed forms from your accounts via the web portal:
  • When logged in as a web Admin, select a completed form you want to remove and select the trash can icon to delete
  • Once deleted the forms cannot be retrieved so be sure before you delete them!
  • Note that statistics, staff induction dates and equipment maintenance dates that were derived when the form was first completed may be incorrect if you delete a completed form.

  • One of your team accidentally complete a form on the wrong site or job? No worries! You can now edit the site, job or project a form was completed on so you can keep all your records, reports and information correct and up to date.
  • Please note it is not advised to change the ‘site’ of a Pinned Form (Register).
  • You can now export certificates from a site, job or project as a CSV.

You can now also choose to exclude/include Organisation/Site-specific Forms in the table.
