In addition to tracking key details about people and equipment, Site App Pro can also store live registers on risks & hazards, in-progress corrective actions, and product or service suppliers.

This information isn’t just static, though. When you input a due date into Site App Pro - e.g. a certification expiry or upcoming WoF - you can set the app to automatically notify the relevant people when it’s coming up. They then receive either a push notification to their smartphone or an email to their inbox, reminding them to take care of it.

Even better, with geo-location tagging the app can record where someone was when they checked in - whether at the door or a few kilometres away - so you know who is actually present, and who’s still en route.

For visitors, it’s even easier. You don’t have to ask anyone to download new software if they’re just visiting. Simply create a custom QR code in the desktop admin console, print it out, stick it up by the door, and they can sign in that way.
